The purpose of this plan is to reward administrators, teachers and staff for overall district-level and school-level performance on end-of-year assessments. The following table represents the amounts of the incentive if the district and schools reach academic targets of A, B or C.
After assessment results are released from the Mississippi Department of Education, all incentives will be determined and calculated. All incentives will be disbursed to staff in a separate payroll on or before December 31st. . Incentive pay will be based on fund availability.
