The Mississippi Department of Education (MDE) is seeking public feedback on its proposed Ed-Flex application.If approved by the U.S. Department of Education, Ed-Flex would give MDE more flexibility to consider certain requests from school districts and schools regarding how some federal education requirements are applied. This flexibility is intended to help schools better address local needs while maintaining accountability for students and federal funds.
